The location is quite a trek from the city center!!! Public transport is nearby, but it's a lengthy walk. A bit of maintenance for the kitchens would go a long way!!!

The location, although a short tram ride from the city center, made it easier to avoid the crowded areas while still enjoying easy access to key attractions. Staff members were generally helpful, though I encountered one front desk employee who lacked enthusiasm. Also, securing a taxi was sometimes challenging. There was an unfortunate incident with room service not changing the towels and the bathroom flooded after a quick shower. However, the thoughtful welcome gift of a fruit pie was a delightful surprise. Despite a few hiccups, the overall stay felt enjoyable and comfortable.

The hotel had lovely green surroundings, making it feel refreshing. I appreciated the friendly staff who provided an early bag drop service, enhancing my stay remarkably.

Had a great stay! Our room was super comfy with a kitchenette, coffee machine, and spacious dining area. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and lots of free toiletries. Loved the views from the window. The spa was a nice bonus with a hot tub and sauna to relax in.

The Versoverde Hotel Alzaia Naviglio Grande features great parking options and is incredibly clean and spacious, making it ideal for families. The apartment we had was well-equipped with a full kitchen, allowing us to comfortably enjoy takeout and family time after a long workday. The nearby Tram #2 provides quick access to the Duomo, taking less than 20 minutes to reach this central location.

Securing transportation like taxis or Ubers was a challenge during busy hours.
